End-to-end consulting and delivery of a fully configurable approval workflow framework — from requirements analysis and client workshops through architecture, estimation, development, and go-live. New workflow categories are pure customizing entries — no code needed. Reduced setup time from 10 days to 2-3 hours.

Led the Fiori HCM workstream for one of the largest SAP migration projects in the DACH region. Developed the complete Fiori ESS/MSS landscape including a custom L16 annual payroll statement app. Agile delivery with 2-week sprints.

End-to-end project delivery: requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, and go-live. Built 3 custom Fiori apps for hardship allowance management: employee self-service, manager overview, and error correction. Rebuilding the organizational management structure in SAP HCM as a foundation for SuccessFactors introduction. Process planning, ABAP development, and customizing.
